Ladd Wilks
Chief Executive Officer
Ladd began his journey with Wilks Companies when he joined Wilks Masonry in 2002. Ladd’s career progressed through multiple management roles until 2008 when he joined Frac Tech Services as VP of Logistics. In 2012, Ladd became President of Breckenridge Geophysical, a technology leader in the geophysical sector. In addition to working at ProFrac Services, Ladd is an Executive Officer at Wilks Brothers and serves on the board of Prager University.
Austin Harbour
Chief Financial Officer
Austin joins the ProFrac team as Chief Financial Officer after working in the energy & power investment banking group at Piper Sandler Companies from 2021 to 2024. He was also with the firm from 2012 to 2015. During his career, Mr. Harbour has focused primarily on energy services and equipment, including advising on some of the largest M&A and restructuring transactions in the sector. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Harbour served at Superior Energy Services as the CFO of its North American business from 2020 to 2021, worked at Lazard Freres from 2015 to 2020, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2011 to 2012. Prior to business school, Mr. Harbour began his career with D.R. Horton, Inc. with the majority of his tenure in land acquisition and land development in the company’s Las Vegas Division. Harbour holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University.
Matthew Greenwood
Chief Commercial Officer
Matt joined Profrac Services in 2017 and serves as Senior Vice President of Sales. Matt directs the sales, marketing, commercial operations, and serves on the Profrac ESG board. Matt brings 17 years of oilfield services, beginning in 2004 with a Barnett Shale completions-based service company. This company specialized in water management, power generation, flowback, and completions chemicals. Matt was promoted to General Manager in 2006 and instrumental in the expansion of the Barnett, Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Marcellus shale. In 2010 SCF Partners purchased the company, forming Rockwater Energy Solutions.
